A Strike called by CPN-Maoist, Suffers a hole country

Kathmandu, FEB. 19-A strie called by CPN-Maoist today (Tuesday), is suffering a people of Nepal.  Normal life across the country including capital kathmandu has come to rack due to CPN-Maoist.

A press release by CPN-Maoist, presents nationwide general strike is called to protest the arrest of its cadres in Dailekh in connection to murder of journalist Dekendra Raj Thapa and protesting the Chief Justice-led election government. Major political party of Nepal  fainally endursed a deal on Monday that to form an election government under the leadership of sitting chief justice and to hold Constituent Assembly (CA) polls by mid–June.

There are no public and privet vehicles on the road in Kathmandu and outside of the capital according to national media of country. Emergency Ambulance, Police vehicle and some press vehicle are only on the road from Morning. Public are walking by foot to reach in their destiny.

According to police officials The banda enforcers vandalized a vehicle belonging to the Kantipur Television at New Baneshwor and next one of Sagarmatha Television at Mid Baneshwor at around 5:30 this morning. Both the vehicles were used to carry the journalists to their offices.

Similarly, the CPN-Maoist cadres vandalized two vehicles in Jhapa this morning. According to police, the Maoist cadres smashed the windowpanes of two vehicles (Me 1 Ja 730 and Me 1 Ja 1694) a tea estate region along the Chandragadhi-Birtamod roadsection.
